1.1. The service Overboost is hosted under the name (domain) of www.overboost.pro (the website) and is not affiliated with any other site, company, brand, organization, or similarly named entity resembling it.
1.2. The process by which our service will be carried out differs depending on the game and service requested by the customer. All orders will be finished within a reasonable time frame. If we fail to meet your expectations regarding the quality and speed of our service, you our customers, may contact us and request that another booster finish your order. We undergo serious internal procedures to deal with such situations, take measures to ensure we perform at the highest level on the market and also monitor all personnel on the website.
1.3. All products and services available on the website are delivered via digital delivery means such as email or in-game services.
1.4. Overboost does not offer any physical products or property.
1.5. Overboost does not guarantee that the descriptions of all or any products displayed on the site are 100% accurate. This is mainly due to the difficulty inherent with operating within a proposed time limit. However, we have done our best to explain the content on the website and its services and correctly and realistically as possible.
1.6. Overboost reserves the right to change or alter any of the website's content, conditions, terms, or policies,as well as our respective extensions,at any time and without notice. By using any service that the website offers, you agree that Overboost can not be liable or accountable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the services.
1.7. Concerning refunds
1.7.1. For virtual goods and services there is little option for refunds to be issued. Any possibility of a refund is at the sole discretion of the website's owner.
1.7.2. However in the event where a service is not delivered as promised, or other conditions are not met pertaining to the order, the customer may contact us via email or skype within 24 hours of the finishing of the order, or while the order is in progress.
1.7.3. In the event where an order is cancelled prior to being processed and started by our staff the customer will be refunded 50% of the original order cost once they have contacted us and finalized the cancellation (transaction fees are at the expense of the customer).
1.7.4. Any payment dispute or third-party mediation started by you without contacting us in advance will result in cancellation of your order and no refund.
1.8.1. Overboost gives you a limited license to access the website with the sole purpose to purchase or use the services and products offered for personal use only.
1.8.2.Overboost does not permit without obtaining our prior written consent to do the following: downloading (other than page caching and pictures from the Artwork section for personal use only), reproducing, duplicating, copying any content of Overboost such as (including but not limited to): product listings, descriptions, prices; using or framing any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form outside of the Artwork section); using hidden text utilizing Boosting Factory name or trademarks; or any exploitation of the content for commercial or inappropriate purpose.
1.9.1. The compilation of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of Overboost.
1.9.2. All software used on the Site is the property of Overboost or its software suppliers and is protected by law.
1.9.3. All submitted art content remains copyright of its original copyright holder. Images are for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Customers Duties and Rights.
2.1. Customers Duties
2.1.1. You, as customer, are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Overboost reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
2.1.2. You agree to cooperate with any investigation of Overboost regarding fraudulent or improper activities such as (including but not limited to):, false claims regarding non-receipt of products or services, fraudulent charge backs, stealing of property or ideas belonging to or entrusted to Overboost.
2.1.3. Customers accept by using our services that they are aware and know what you are paying for, and that the service you are paying for matches your in-game information. If there are errors in the information you provide when purchasing service from us may result in delay of your boost or reducing the amount of wins/divisions/ranks that you wanted to the amount that the price paid by you matches the correct information of your account.
2.1.4. Customers are allowed to post comments, ratings and artwork in our site. However Overboost reserves the right to remove or edit such comments if they are found to be: illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights of or otherwise injurious to third parties, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of spam.
2.1.5 You agree to indemnify and hold Overboost and its employees, harmless from any claims, demands, losses or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
2.1.6. Customers accept that by buying our Service you are aware that you cannot dispute any purchase with Overboost after the Service is done or the service has been partially completed, and that you as a customer cannot violate the rules of chargebacks stipulated in any payment method provided on the website.
2.1.7. Customers accept the boosters reserve the right to change your in-game settings and specifics of the games we provide service for, so that they might perform to the best of their abilities.
2.1.8. You accept not to play any ranked games while your orders are in progress, or in any way attempt to hinder the progress of your order. If you don't follow this rule, we reserve the right to mark your order as completed without refund or to finish your order after reducing your boost with the amount of ranked games you have played. Exceptions can be made only for per win orders after consulting with your personal booster in advance.
2.1.9. Customers purchasing services for Overwatch that have failed to add correct information about their SR gain will be required to pay extra in direct relation to the difference between the prices of the incorrect information and the accurate one according to our price lists.
2.1.11. You, the customer, accept that your bill will be sent to a debt collectors agency if you charge back a payment for a service that has been completed or if your payment does not go through our system properly (Paypal system error, Overboost system error), and you accept that you will have to pay extra fees covering both the collectors agency and any other unforseen costs in regards to your chargeback.
2.1.12. Customers agree that Overboost will not be held responsible for any actions following our service taken by Blizzard Entertainment on your account, including, but not limited to: suspensions, restrictions, banning or any further method of penalization. Refunds will not be given in these cases.
2.2. Customer rights.
2.2.1. Customers have the right to contact our live support or admins at any time if a problem with their current or future order arises.
2.2.2. Customers have the right to monitor their order progress and communicate with their personal boosters for additional information.
2.2.3. Customers have the right to rate, comment and give feedback on our service.
2.2.4. Customers with limited rights provided by Overboost can view all parts of the website (visible and available to clients) and are permitted to voice their opinions on them and in cases of errors, bugs, or inaccuracy of the information contact the admins to request maintenance.
2.2.5. If our boosters offer you service that Overboost provides, without using the website (private boosting/coaching) and you have proof of that please contact us and we will make sure you get an appropriate reward for that.
2.2.6. Customers can contact the admins with demand to remove content that is their copyright.
